Your data is exclusively used to power the Tezas AI prediction engine, verify eligibility criteria for colleges, and facilitate bookings with our human counsellors. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketing agencies.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Authentication is handled securely via OTP, ensuring password-less and safe access to your account.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (such as Google Firebase for database management and AI APIs) to operate our platform. These services are bound by strict data protection agreements.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated academic data from our servers at any time by contacting our support team.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Coffee with Counsellor (CWC) Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service

CWC provides AI-driven college predictions and connects students with educational counsellors. The predictions made by Tezas AI are based on historical data, trends, and public cut-offs. They are indicative and do not guarantee admission to any institution.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate academic information. Providing falsified scores will result in inaccurate predictions and flawed eligibility checks. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access (OTP device).

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, and AI responses on the CWC portal are the intellectual property of CWC and Upskool. Unauthorized reproduction or scraping of data is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

CWC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, rejected college applications, or career outcomes resulting from the use of our AI predictions or counselling advice.

Strictly Non-Refundable

At Coffee with Counsellor (CWC), our core platform features, including Tezas AI chats, basic college predictors, and introductory counseling sessions, are provided completely free of charge.

In the event that you opt-in for any premium services, upgraded mock tests, expedited premium counseling slots, or application processing fees through our platform in the future, please note that all payments are strictly non-refundable.

Why Non-Refundable?

• Digital products and mock tests are consumed instantly upon access.
• Counsellor time is blocked exclusively for your session, preventing others from utilizing that slot.
• AI generation costs and server processing fees are incurred instantly upon usage.
